1. Is it rechargeable?
Yes! Cleandrive comes with a USB-C charging cable and a built-in rechargeable battery. Just plug it into any USB port — no wires during use.
2. How long does the battery last on a full charge?
You’ll get up to 25 minutes of powerful, continuous cleaning per full charge — enough to deep clean your car or home in one go.
3. Can it pick up pet hair and fine dust?
Absolutely. Cleandrive’s 120W suction and brush nozzle make it perfect for cleaning pet hair, fine dust, crumbs, and more — even on fabric and furniture.
4. Is it strong enough to clean car carpets and tight corners?
Yes. It includes a flat nozzle for gaps and corners, and a brush nozzle for textured surfaces. The 120W motor handles dirt in hard-to-reach areas easily.
5. How do I clean the filter?
Just twist off the dust compartment, remove the HEPA filter, and rinse it under running water. Let it dry completely before reusing. It's fully washable and reusable.
6. What attachments are included?
Every Cleandrive includes a flat nozzle, a brush nozzle, a USB-C charging cable, and a washable HEPA filter (pre-installed), all packed in one box with the vacuum.
7. How long does it take to fully charge?
It takes around 2.5 to 3 hours to fully charge using a standard USB adapter. You can even charge it from your car’s USB port.
8. What is your return or replacement policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return or replacement policy. If your Cleandrive arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
9. Do you offer any warranty?
Yes. Cleandrive comes with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage due to misuse, water damage, or wear & tear.
10. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
11. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime to check your status.
